We're still combing the archives for reliable biographical info, but it's commonly accepted that he was born north of the 44th parallel north, he began his heroic journey on the mean streets of Nashua New Hampshire, and has since settled into a mild-mannered secret identity in Portland Oregon with a family, a farm, and carpentry.
Note: Real life superhero Keeferman seems to be waxing slightly self-centered here, but does make mention of a certain "Marc" who would seem to match the character/setting.

Astoundingly tall, it's supposed that he can dunk a basketball while standing flat-footfooted on the court. Assuringly good-natured, he can resolve most issues with his mere presence. Astonishingly good-looking, he can disarm you with a smile. Amazingly good with his hands, Marc Man can craft a wooden masterpiece faster than you can look up the definition of the word "architrave".
