The Amazing Spider-Man is a movie based on the comicbook character Spider-Man. It's directed by Marc Web, budgeted between $80 million (announced) and $220 million (rumored), and set for a release date of July 12th, 2012. Not to be confused with Spider-Man (2002) through Spider-Man 3 (2007), this is a reboot.
