Radioactive Man is the greatest superhero in the Simpsons universe.

Story
The primary origin story has Claude Kane III getting his trousers caught on barbed wire at a nuclear test site just before a mega-bomb explodes. The resultant exposure transforms him into superhero Radioactive Man. Joined eventually by a sidekick, Fallout Boy, Radioactive Man goes on to fight supervillain Dr. Crab, evil robots, etc.
