Just about everyone has been inspired by some superhero somewhere along the way. Batarangs and Kryptonite is one of those stories.

Not everyone can be Superman.

Excerpt

"Looking at him then, I rebelled against the thought of him as Superman. Superman was big and strong. My brother was puny and weak. Superman had X-Ray vision and could see through walls. My brother had severe astigmatism and couldn’t see through the window without his glasses. Superman could leap tall buildings in a single bound. My brother was always tripping over things. Superman was an eloquent spokesman for truth, justice, and the American way. My brother stuttered horribly. Superman always won. My brother always lost. It wasn’t fair. Steve didn’t deserve to be Superman."
