Biography
Jefferson Reed was a mild-mannered, confrontation-averse schoolteacher. Not only did he not die though when struck by a meteorite, he actually gained fantastic powers. Despite his timid nature, he would be forced to fight crime and save his neighborhood.

Costume
The costume (designed by his mom) is primarily a grey body armor. As it was a glowing green meteorite that gave him his powers, his costume had green elements too -in the cape, gloves, and boots. In some incarnations, his costume is completely green from head to toe.
