The Jake is a superpowered member of the Junior @lantans, fighting crimes against The People the only way he knows how. But sometimes that's just a little bit more than the law will allow.

Biography
Little Jacob Proudmore was always a quiet boy.
Then one day he began reciting the poetry of Aleksander Sergeevich Pushkin -in Russian. Jacob gradually became committed to social reform and emerged as a spokesman for anti-bourgeois toddlers everywhere. Possessed of surprizing oratorial skills, he also had an amazing punch which he used to correct many an exploitive capitalist or aristocrat's lackey. This fist became known as The Red Right Hand and Jacob went on to become the superhero known as "the Jake".
History
The Jake started out as an agitator against those who would exploit the tired, the poor, the huddled masses yearning to breathe free. He spoke out against those who would oppress the wretched refuse of our teeming shores. He organized soup kitchens and labor organizations. Eventually he drew the attention of the city's fatcats and criminal syndicates. It was at this point that he went from activist to superhero.

Powers and Abilities
Powers
Comrade Jake has the gift of gab and he will tell you this to your face. Conversant in both Russian and English, he will tell this to you twice if you did not understand him the first time. If you are particularly rude and offend him or any of his moderately bolshevik sensibilities, he will ball his right hand up into a fist, utter the mystical phrase "Menya zavoot krasnaya kulak", and knock you into the middle of next week.
Weaknesses
Anger management (and perhaps an acute oversensitivity to fascist symbolism) has always been a problem for the Jake. Also, on more than one occasion, the Jake has been driven to complete distraction by a nice, steaming bowl of Mac & Cheese.
Known Associates
Obviously a toddler like the Jake, mature for his years though he be, must have parents who take care of him. They do not seem to get out much though as no adventures have been found to feature them. Yet. The Jake has, however, been seen holding hands with the superheroine Joanderwoman who has admitted to being a relation.
