It is no secret that Fartman is actually radio shock-jock Howard Stern. "Faster than a hurricane! More powerful than an atomic blast! Able to fly through the air propelled by his own gas!” The feature film never made it off the ground, but his cheekless chaps blew them away at the 1992 MTV Video Music Awards.
