Story

Inspired as a child by the good deeds of costumed superheroes, he saw a need for superheroes in real life and rose to the challenge. Captain Prospect's mission is to use superhero identities to help the city of Washington DC. He knew he could accomplish more with a team, so he started the Capital City Super Squad as well.
