Biography
Captain Ozone has travelled back in time from an ecologically ravaged future. His arrival, via time latrine, placed him in Bellingham, Washington on March 13, 1989. Since then, he has been on a mission to save us from ourselves.
Mission
His mission is to help create an international Green Power infrastructure that will avert the Petroleum Wars (WWIII).
