Story
Regular guy Justin has a superpowered sister Jillian (a.k.a. Sunstar). She happens to be partners-in-crimefighting with the Blue Comet. One day Justin, who had been following them, arrived just in time to save them from a supervillain. The supervillain, however, almost killed Justin -who then had to be saved by the Blue Comet. First boy meets hero then, nine months later, boy moves in with hero.
