The Brain possesses a superior intellect. It's been suggested that the Brain can directly influence the actions of his subordinates and opponents. Using only the power of his own mind (strategy, telepathy, hypnosis, telekinesis, etc.), the Brain has built DotCom into a multinational megacorporation.
